Your listing

How much does a listing cost?+

A standard listing is free forever — profile page, logo, photos, contact details, reviews and enquiries. Premium is optional and adds priority placement, a premium badge and featured eligibility.

How long does approval take?+

Every new listing is checked by our team, usually within two working days. You can keep editing while it is in review, and you will see the status in your dashboard.

What stops my listing going live?+

We need a real business name, a town and county, and a category. We may ask for changes if the description is thin, the contact details look wrong, or the photos are not yours to use.

Can I add more than one category?+

Yes. Pick the closest primary category, then add up to five more. Your listing appears under all of them in browsing.

Premium & billing

What does Premium cost?+

£4.99 a month, or £29 a year (that works out as two months free). Both renew automatically until you stop them.

How do I stop a renewal?+

Open Membership & billing from your dashboard and choose Stop renewal. Auto-renewal ends straight away and your listing stays premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can restart any time by upgrading again.

Do you promise more enquiries?+

No. Premium improves where you appear, never a guaranteed position or a set number of enquiries. Your Insights page shows what actually happened.

Can I get a receipt?+

Every payment appears under Membership & billing, and the confirmation email from our payment provider is your receipt.

Featured spots

How do I get featured on the homepage?+

Open Promotions from your dashboard and request a spot. There are six featured places each month. When a month is full, your request joins the waiting list.

Will I always be at the top?+

No — and that is deliberate. The featured order rotates every day so every business holding a spot takes an equal turn.

Reviews & enquiries

Who can leave a review?+

Anyone with a genuine experience of your business. Reviews are read by our team before they appear, and you can reply to them from your dashboard.

Do enquiries go straight to me?+

They arrive in your enquiry inbox. You reply from your own email address, so the customer keeps a copy of the conversation.

How do I report a listing or review?+

Use the report link on the listing or review itself. Our team reviews every report and will take the page down if it breaks our rules.
